: You are eligible to register as a delegate from a low- or middle-income country if you currently live and study or work in a low- or middle-income country as recognized by the World Bank (click here to see the list dated June 2017).  If you live and study or work in a high-income country and are funded by an institution in a low- or middle-income country you are also eligible to register at the LMIC rate.


FIELD TRIP REGISTRATION

IWC 2019 Organizers are pleased to offer the participants a wide selection of Field Trips on Wednesday , July 24, 2019, in the afternoon. Please note, Field Trip registration is only offered to IWC 2019 delegates. 

Organizers reserve the right to cancel any Field Trip should the minimum number of registrants not be reached. In the event of a Field Trip cancellation, the participants will be notified via email and offered attendance in another Field Trip if possible.

EVENING EVENT REGISTRATION

IWC 2019 Organizers are pleased to offer the participants two extra evening events to take part in on Tuesday, July 23rd and Wednesday, July 24 at Kernen Farm.  Please note, Evening Event  registration is only offered to IWC 2019 delegates.

The Welcome Reception ticket is included with full registration but NOT included with One Day Registration.  Tickets for One Day Delegates or Accompanying persons can be purchased for $45.00 during online registration.

The Banquet Supper and Award ticket is included with full registration but NOT included with One Day Registration. Tickets for One Day Delegates or accompanying persons can be purchased for $95.00 during online registration.

Credit Card Payments Online
Registration paid with credit card is a preferred method and results in an instant confirmation of a delegate attendance. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa. All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Venue West Conference Services.

Cheque
Your registration is incomplete until your cheque is received! Please indicate the name of the delegate on (or with) your cheque that you registered online. Please address the cheque to Venue West Conference Services and mail to the address below:

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.

 GENERAL CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

  1. It is expressly agreed that the members of the Organizing Committee and the Congress Secretariat for the International Wheat Congress 2019, their legal representatives, directors and employees, and their agents, officers and services, shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage of any kind whatsoever suffered directly or indirectly by the person, possession or property of any Congress participant or other person during or in connection with the events on the program or any other activities of the International Wheat Congress 2019 for any reason whatsoever no matter howsoever caused.
  2. It is agreed that the Organizing Committee and the Secretariat for the International Wheat Congress 2019, and their agents and officers, reserve the right to cancel at any time any or all of the programmed or other activities if this should appear necessary as a result of events which are beyond their control or which they cannot reasonably be expected to influence or for which they are not responsible. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such events shall include force majeure, government or other official regulations, natural disasters, strikes or any kind whatsoever, civil, international or other crises, or any other unforeseen occurrence. Decisions regarding the necessity for such cancellation shall be taken by the Organizing Committee, or their agents, at their sole discretion and shall be final.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation before ­­­April 30th, 2019, will incur $100.00 CAD cancellation fee.
  • There will be no refund on cancellations on and after April 30th, 2019.
