* Please note: In order to receive the student registration rate, you need to send a proof that you are a full-time student. Please send a copy of your student card (both sides showing photo, name and card expiry date) to IWC2019 secretariat.

Social Events

The Social Events are included in the full pass and the student registrations. It is, however, possible to purchase individual tickets to these events if you wish to bring someone with you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted until May 21, 2019.

Registrants will receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Venue West no later than May 21, 2019 by email to secretariat@2019iwc.ca

Registrants wishing to cancel after May 21, 2019 will not be eligible for any refund. Substitutions from the same organization are permitted and must be submitted in writing to the same e-mail by May 21, 2019.  

* Please note: for visa application denials, the cancellation policy will be extended by 30 days to June 21, 2019 and you must provide a copy of the visa denial letter to receive your refund.
